General Sales Terms

1. Object

These General Sales Terms (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the sale of products and services offered by Bravate Artigiane through the Site.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order on the Site, the customer declares that they have read and fully accepted these Terms. If the customer does not accept one or more terms of the Terms, they are invited not to use the Site to make purchases.

3. Products and Services

The products for sale on the Site are described in their respective information sheets. The product images are indicative and may not perfectly represent the final product.

4. Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros and include VAT. Bravate Artigiane reserves the right to change prices at any time, with the understanding that the price charged to the customer will be the one indicated at the time of the order.

5. Orders

Orders can be placed through the Site by following the purchase procedure provided. The customer will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the purchased products.

6. Payments

Payments can be made via all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. Payment data is managed through secure and certified servers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are provided in the Shipping Information section of the Site. Bravate Artigiane is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the receipt of the products, without needing to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice to info@bravateartigiane.com indicating the order number.

9. Warranties and Complaints

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 12 months. In case of a defective product, the customer can contact customer service at info@bravateartigiane.com.

10. Privacy

The personal data provided by the customer is processed in accordance with privacy regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on the Site.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms will be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Court of Treviso.
